All our digital products come with instructions on how to download + use files. If you run into any issues + need help, just reach out !

Our digital planners are designed to be used with a PDF annotation app such as Goodnotes 5, Notability, Xodo, One Drive or iAnnotate.

Printables are PDF digital files which you can print at home (or at a local printer). Then markup + use as you like OR you can use it digitally with a PDF annonation app as well.

All digital products are of course shipped free - virtually! You will receive an email with a link to your order download after purchase.

We offer standard free shipping on all printed products over $60 Canada or US (pre-tax + shipping costs).

We use Canada Post to ship all orders. You'll receive a tracking number once the order has been fulfilled.

If you didn’t love your order for any reason, please email us at hello@wearemnmlst.com. We are happy to issue an exchange or refund for unused products returned within 21 days of shipping your order. We are unable to refund shipping charges.

Please note, due to the nature of digital products, these are final sale and no refund will be issued.

Digital files will be sent via email with a download link immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your files, please contact us.

Printed products are processed + shipped within 2-4 business days. If the processing + shipping time for a specific product is different, it will outlined in the product description.
